We invest in Multifamily Real Estate as a form of wealth building. Also, we partner on deals with capital investors to access larger deals. Our philosophy is to promote legacy building in efforts to help others create generational wealth for families in all walks of life.

We look to give back all the financial, mental, and business strategies we use to others in the form of education. Our intent is for the education to shift paradigms and mold minds.

In the near future we look to create internship programs for youth in partnership with The Purpose Pad

Jalon is currently serving as a USAF Firefighter where he is a station captain and oversees 20 personnel and over $3M worth of facilities. He is also a key member in protecting an 18k base populace with facilities valued at $15B.

He looks to bring his experience in team-building, strategy building, and leadership into the realm of real estate and business. In addition, he has built a strong team of real estate professionals that are actively assisting along the journey!

Outside of work, he is a husband of 9 years, father of 2, and owner of The Purpose Pad. He strives to uphold what he sees as the 5 pillars of life: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, and Freedom!
